U.S.Attorney's Josh Minkler & Tim Horty must be arrested for aiding & abetting Judges Richard Young, Tanya Pratt, Chief Judge Jane E. Magnus, Chief Judge Diane Wood of the 7th Circuit, Judge William Conley, & Magistrate Matthew Brookman when Petitioned to indict by " A TRUE BILL " see attached.
The aforementioned Judges denied money owed by the RULE OF LAW FROM 50 MILLION TO 200 MILLION due to continued oppression as the Judges refuse to pay for the Judicial branch default of 14th amendment & miscarriage of justice imposing SLAVERY IN VIOLATION OF THE 13th AMENDMENT PROHIBITION OF SLAVERY WHICH INCLUDES THE U.S. SUPREME COURT. [ With irrefutable evidence the U.S Supreme Court violating Article i, sec. 9 - POWERS DENIED GOVERNMENT THIS MEANS THE ENTIRE JUDICIAL BRANCH OF GOVERNMENT IS CORRUPT BECAUSE THE APPELLATE COURT SYSTEM NO LONGER WORKS REQUIRING THE CHECKS & BALANCES CHECKING THAT BRANCH OF GOVERNMENT FOR CORRUPTION & ABUSE OF POWER TO BALANCE THE SCALES OF JUSTICE, RESTORE THE RIGHTS OF THE PEOPLE, & HOLD OFFICIALS ACCOUNTABLE. The magnitude of these officials denying the right to freedom of the press is that the first amendment states this is an EVIL, THE RIGHT TO FREEDOM OF THE PRESS IS ONE OF THE GREAT BULWARKS THAT IS INVIOLABLE MEANING CANNOT BE VIOLATED BECAUSE THIS EXPOSES GOVERNMENT PROTECTING THE CONSTITUTION & DEMOCRACY WHERE THESE ARE COMMUNIST ACTS. THIS IS ANOTHER PROHIBITION USURPING THE RIGHT OF THE PEOPLE TO HOLD OFFICIALS ACCOUNTABLE. USURP MEANING TAKE A POSITION OF POWER OR IMPORTANCE ILLEGALLY. ALL JUDGES & U.S. ATTORNEYS MUST BE ARRESTED PURSUANT TO TITLE 18 SEC. 241 & 242.
To affirm there is no integrity the Director of the Government Accountability Office - Eugene Louis Dodaro refused to hold Congress Accountable for neglect of the checks & balances as he was instructed to call a press conference to hold them accountable & take the checks & balances to the floor of Congress but has also Concealed this from the public. His mission is to support Congress in meeting its constitutional responsibilities, and help improve the performance and ensure the accountability of the federal government. Having Political Power I demand all the above named officials be arrested pursuant to Title 18 sec. 241, 242, & aiding & abetting criminals from justice because all Title 18 are CRIMES. The checks & balances give the citizen the power to challenge government corruption & abuse of power as well as the laws passed by Congress. President Trump took oath of office to protect, preserve, & defend the Constitution & the checks & balances are an essential part of the Constitution specifically for officials abuse of power. The Judges & U.S. Supreme Court violated the 13th Amendment which abolished slavery & they concealed it by denying the guaranteed right to freedom of the press to conceal it from the public. the motive was to conceal the crime by Judge David Kiely & deny 50 million dollars which is now 2 billion 730 million dollars. The Politicians refused to take it to the floor of the House & Senate again to conceal it from the public when this is mandatory by law. These are all criminals pursuant to Title 18 & obstruction of justice so the Judicial Branch could conceal their own crimes.
